If I don't like a product, can I return it for a refund?
Yes! We want everyone to have an exceptional experience with PHNTM. And that includes folks who don't like our products.
So you have 60 DAYS to try them out. If for any reason you don't like your PHNTM products you can send them back for a full refund.
Why Has My Order Not Arrived?
Once an order leaves our shop it is in the hands of UPS. When the package does leave you will receive an confirmation of shipment email from us that includes your tracking number. You can track your order with that number at the UPS website here.

Can I get in trouble for getting THC in the mail?
No, you cannot. PHNTM hemp-derived THC products are federally protected by the Farm Bill of 2018. And to be extra careful and ensure safe delivery, we include a post card explaining what the products are and how they are 2018 Farm Bill Compliant and legally clear to ship to your home with every order.
